Online Course Sales

1. Course Delivery & Access

All courses are delivered digitally. Course documents and learning materials are provided upon request via email.

To obtain access, customers must email newhorizonstraining11@gmail.com using the email address provided at purchase.

2. Pre-Requisites

Some courses may require pre-requisites. Where applicable, customers must submit valid certificates or proof of completion of required pre-requisites to newhorizonstraining11@gmail.com.

Course documents will not be released until pre-requisites have been verified.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final once course documents or access materials have been applied for, requested, or issued.

After this point, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Provide a valid email address

Request course access in a timely manner

Submit correct and authentic pre-requisite documentation where required

Failure to comply may result in delayed or denied access without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the intellectual property of the course provider & may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
